Engineered for Spray Systems with Corrosive Fluids
This micro high-pressure diaphragm sprayer pump is built for spray applications that require chemical resistance and steady pressure. The pump head is available in three material options: 316L stainless steel for general chemical resistance, PP plastic for cost-effective corrosion resistance, and PTFE for aggressive chemical service. The pump body is machined from solid round bars from well-known domestic mills. Our precision CNC workshop handles the machining. This gives the pump better dimensional accuracy and a smoother surface finish than cast or molded pump bodies.

Pressure and Flow for Spray Nozzles
The pump delivers a working pressure of 2 to 10 Bar. The flow rate is adjustable from 0.3 to 8 L/min. This pressure range is suitable for most industrial spray nozzles and atomizers. The pump runs on DC12V to 24V power. This low-voltage input makes it safe for use in wet environments and portable equipment. The suction lift is 1 to 3 meters. The pump is self-priming. You do not need to fill the suction line with liquid before starting the pump. This simplifies system startup and reduces operator errors.

Safety Features Built into the Pump
This spray pump includes a pressure relief and return structure. If the spray nozzle becomes blocked, the system pressure rises. The internal relief valve opens and returns the fluid to the inlet side. This protects the pump and the downstream piping from over-pressure damage. The pump can operate continuously in this bypass mode for a limited time without damage. The operating temperature range is 0 to 60°C. This covers most ambient and fluid temperatures in spray applications. The pump is not designed for high-temperature or cryogenic service.
