Cast Metal Components

Our common materials are ZG310-570 cast steel, ZG42CrMo alloy cast steel, and HT200 gray cast iron. For critical dimensions, we follow your drawing requirements exactly. For non-critical dimensions, we use CT8 to CT10 control. Pressure-bearing parts must pass both UT Level 2 ultrasonic testing and MT magnetic particle inspection. Non-pressure parts get visual inspection and MT testing. Surface cracks are absolutely prohibited. We remove all flash and burrs. We chamfer sharp edges to C0.5 to C1. The delivery state can be as-cast, T6 heat treated, passivated, or shot-blasted, as we agree.

We provide a material chemistry certificate for every batch. We take at least one set of mechanical test samples from each melt. These samples go to our lab for testing. Our lab has a universal testing machine, an impact tester, an ultrasonic flaw detector, and a magnetic particle tester. We can do tensile, yield, elongation, impact, internal defect, and surface crack tests. Every shipment comes with a material certificate and mechanical report. For important pressure parts, we also provide the inspection reports. All quality documents are traceable to the parts you receive.
