Machining Service for Copper Alloy Components
We provide copper alloy machined parts as an extension of our copper alloy casting capability. Unlike pure machining shops, we can first cast your copper alloy blank and then do the precision machining. The whole process happens in our own factory. Copper alloys machine better than steel and stainless steel. They have good cutting properties. This means we can achieve high dimensional accuracy and good surface finish. If your part needs electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, or wear resistance, copper alloy machined parts are a good choice.

Common Materials and Dimensional Control
Our common materials are brass, tin bronze, and aluminum bronze. The dimensional tolerance for parts under 500 millimeters is plus or minus 0.01 to 0.02 millimeters. The fit surfaces have a roughness of Ra 1.6 micrometers or less. The general machined surfaces are held to Ra 3.2 micrometers or less. We remove all burrs and break sharp edges. Thread holes are chamfered. We can do turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and boring. Sealing surfaces and threads are machined to final dimensions in our shop.

Natural Surface Finish of Copper Alloys
Copper alloys have a natural advantage in machining. The turned surfaces are inherently smooth. They often do not need extra polishing. This saves you time and cost. The material also has good chip formation. This reduces tool wear and gives consistent results. We have the experience to choose the right cutting parameters for each copper alloy grade. This ensures a good finish every time.
Complete Capability from Casting to Machining
Our casting shop melts various copper alloys. We have a direct-reading spectrometer for chemistry analysis. This confirms the material grade is correct. Our machining shop has CNC lathes and vertical boring and milling centers. We are one of the few shops that can do both copper alloy casting and machining. This saves you the trouble of finding two suppliers. We are certified under ISO9001:2015. We inspect every batch before shipping and keep photo records.
