Complete Machining for Non-Standard Parts
We produce CNC machined parts for automation equipment, fixtures, and non-standard mechanical components. Our advantage is our complete capability. We can start from raw material or from blanks you supply. We do turning, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping all in one facility. You do not need to send your parts to multiple shops. This saves you time and reduces coordination work. We have been machining parts for 23 years. Our team of 30 works in an 8,000-square-meter facility.

Accuracy and Surface Quality
The dimensional tolerance for parts under 500 millimeters is plus or minus 0.01 millimeters. The center distance tolerance is also plus or minus 0.01 millimeters. For parts over 500 millimeters, the tolerance is plus or minus 0.02 millimeters. The center distance tolerance is also plus or minus 0.02 millimeters. The fit surfaces have a roughness of Ra 1.6 micrometers or less. The general machined surfaces are held to Ra 3.2 micrometers or less. These standards apply to all our CNC machined parts, regardless of batch size.

Materials and Equipment
We machine carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and copper alloy. Our equipment includes CNC lathes, imported high-precision CNC machining centers, CNC gantry mills, CNC boring and milling machines, and vertical boring and milling centers. We also have our own casting and forging shops. If your part needs a blank before machining, we can make the blank too. This reduces the quality risks from outside suppliers. It also reduces your supplier management work.
Quality and Traceability
We inspect every batch before shipping. Critical dimensions are measured and recorded. We take photos for our records. Our testing lab has proper gauges and hardness testers. We are certified under ISO9001:2015. We support third-party inspection at our factory. Our warranty is 6 months. We respond to your questions within 48 hours. Payment is 50 percent upfront and the balance before shipping.
